Hampton Inn Clarks Summit

Thank you, the hotel staff was a great support after my partner went into Cardiac Arrest at breakfast in the lobby. I need to stay on a few days as my partner was being treated in the Scranton hospital. Very kind people work there. Thank you again!

This was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Not even questionable spots on the sheets. Brand new mattresses bc we make sure to check for you know, if you know. No dust, clean floors and carpet. The pool was perfect temp and the hot tub was hot. We were across from the elevators and didn’t hear a thing! Best sleep in a long time. Shower was hot right away. From the front desk to the breakfast team to the manager we met at check out. Everyone was amazing. All hotels should take note from hotel and how it’s run. We look forward to staying here if we are in the area again. The only thing that could have made our stay any better would have been if the window was cleaned on the outside. I don’t know if there is anything that could actually be done but we were trying to watch the train in the distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean, comfortable beds and great water pressure. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Staff is lovely and hotel felt almost brand new. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was simply amazing!!! There's not a single bad thing to say! When I called prior to booking to confirm if pool/hot tub were in operation, I got a staff by the name of Bob who was excellent and the real reason we booked. He spoke of all the hotels highlights and sold me over the phone. When we arrived Theresa greeted us at the front desk offering us cold water to welcome us along with cookies, and later obtained extra pillows for us at our request. The pool hours are from 8a-10p which allowed us plenty of time to swim/hot tub. Both were clean and well kept. All things were above and beyond. For example, hotels always list "for emergencies call 911" but this location also had their address listed on that signage as well. There were audio impaired rooms that provided a button outside the room to alert anyone audio impaired that they were "knocking." Breakfast went until 10a (we stayed sat, leaving sun). All aspects were great. We got down at about 945a and my children are not fast by any means. When I asked if they would have any more potatoes coming out, the one staff told me she'd gladly make me some if I wanted (putting their finish time after breakfast closed). Despite declining her, I was blown away at the offer (regretting now that I didnt get her name). Before they cleaned up the area, they offered us a last call if we wanted anything further and asked before they shut things down. I would not think twice about booking here again!!! This was hands down one of the better hotel experiences I have encountered. The room itself was amazingly clean and there was nothing remotely gross anywhere that I saw. Such a great experience!

This was a VERY nice Hampton inn...we were a little taken aback by the heavy pot oder in our room. Theresa at the front desk was VERY helpful!

We stayed two nights. It wasn't exactly a holiday, but rather we attended a funeral in town. The staff overall, especially Debbie and Melissa, were just wonderful. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was just right, but especially the friendliness and responsiveness of the team impressed us.

A typical Hampton Inn which is not a bad thing. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Front staff very personable.

Nice place for a stopover on a road trip. Rooms were clean and check-in/checkout easy. Tip: if you are on the second floor, park in back the door there is right next to the 2nd floor elevator.
